Okay, well if you know about those stupid popups you get after a program doesn't respond, it says "send error report" or dont send, well i have one of those from Generic Host Win32 services, and well everytime i comes up, if i click  anything, it shuts off my internet and i have to restart my whole computer to get back on.  Then if i sign off and then click the button, my  sound does not work for anything, Can someone please help me find out how to get rid of this.  thank you.

Never click on ANY popups, almost everyone is a scam and loaded with viruses and spam crap!

                   ~Anyway~

What you need to do is reformat your computer, this will clean your computer, after you've reformatted, you need to load Nortons Anti-Virus into your system and run a full system scan! I promise everything will be fine after doing this! I believe the same exact thing happened to me once and I did what I said above and I haven't had any problems since! I hope everything works out!
