I had some spyware on my computer recently, making popups come up while i'm surfing the web.

I downloaded a program called Zonealarm to help protect my computer.

It asks permission for each program that trys to connect to the internet.

Theres this one, called gamevance32.exe that trys to access the internet everyday.

I tried to delete it but it wouldnt let me. It said something to the equivalent of "please check to see if your C drive is formatted or if this program is currently being used. Cannot delete."

So i need help figuring out what this program is.

Please and thanks.

Make sure you do not allow it access!!

Now Download Ad-Aware Free 2008 lala install, update and run a scan

then download and install Spybot search and destroy, update it, then do a browser immunization and then scan.  Spybot may clash with some Anti Virus, if you are not sure untick the Tea timer and IE thing when installing.

make sure you only scan with one program at a time :)

That is typically a keylogger type spy ware, but other spyware likes to call itself that just cause.
Sorry I don't know how to delete it.
