| How to FIX the rstrui.exe entry point not found error... Instructions there to repair rstrui.exe, if that cannot be done. Instructions to repair install windows XP are further down the page. Some info from microsoft about Kernel32.exe looks like it could be a number of viruses. |

| You should contact a Technical Support line of some sort. There's probably a number somewhere in your instructions that you can call and see if they can help you with it at all. |

it sucks.... Anyway, find the name of the trojan, do some research on it, then delete the files before after you disable their startup! |

| lol I would just re-format my computer if I were him, that would get rid of the virus. Also, he needs to download Nortons Anti-Virus and run a scan on his computer once a week to make sure no more viruses occur in the future, |
