If you can work in MS-DOS then boot your computer in DOS mode and delete the folder alltogether. This should work.

If you can't get rid of it from the Add/Remove Programs list in the control panel, try to delete the folder of the program from the Program Files folder in, My Computer, Local Disk (C:\)

Sounds like a virus. When your parents kill you can I have your room? Lol.

Spyware and anti-virus removal programs. Install those and run them. They will probably what you need.

A few ones I recommend that are free or free to try are:

spyware:

http://www.safer-networking.org/
http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
http://www.webroot.com/
http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/

anti-virus:

http://www.avast.com/
http://www.clamwin.com/

If you can not download any of those problems because your computer won't let you boot into safe mode and then try. To get into safe http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm

Hopefully that should help. I wish you luck. Stuff like that can be very nasty.

Time to reformat!

That solves pretty much everything.
