That's illegal 2. It's not very nice to developers (some people have pretty good firewalls/antivirus programs so they would still run IE) 3. You can't completely remove IE because it is so integrated with Windows. Try it. Then, go into explorer and type an internet address in the address bar. You can't take out a section of a GUI and expect it to be fine and dandy. So, OP your flawed. Know how software works and how it is written. Also, if by the slightest chance you can write something to disable IE, it would be a script not a virus kiddie. Know your shit.
