When im on my computer lately, like on the internet, everything freezes for a few seconds, like when i type letters dont come out, but  i can click say on a game and it will be fine in game, but it just like... idk its almost like the web browser isn't there... the arrows to go forward and back on pages arent clickable neither are create topic or anything else.

Which web browser are you using?  I tend to have that problem in IE.  Firefox is much better, it doesn't have the freeze-up problem nearly as often.

Are you using IE? If so, I think thats a glitch, cause the same thing happens to me sometimes, and I dont know what the hell happens

Restart your computer?

i have, many many times, no viruses, no spyware, no registry probs, nothing, scanned it all... all came out fine.

Then mabye you should try taking it to a computer store. But I'll warn you it gets exspensive.
