I am having trouble getting my music to come up when i open i-tunes. So that i can put it onto my i-pod.

My music is saved in the 'Itunes Music' folder but the songs dont come up when i open the actual program.

I feel a bit stupid for asking but i dont really have the time to muck around and work it out, help would be great.
