I made a vid in windows movie maker. And I get this error when I try to upload it.

This file is a Microsoft MovieMaker project file (.MSWMM). Please return to your project and export your movie in .WMV format.Click Ok to continue uploading.

How do I put it in that format. From the drop down list it's only MSWMM
