Here's my problem in full
1) The computer used to start, and while it was slow, no "YOUR COMPUTER HAS SPYWARE! USE THIS ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAM THAT WE'RE NOT GOING TO TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR UNTIL LATER." would pop up, but now they are. Those things are just gimmicks, I know. But now, I can't do anything when I start it up. Nothing 'cause everything is so slow.
2) (I'm on my laptop by the way) My modem and wireless internet is connected to the desktop, and my printer is also connected to the desktop, so there's my main problem right there.
3) I can't find the system restore disc for my desktop, and I don't know where the wireless internet router installation CD is for that either. It's in a folder hiding somewhere, I think, but I don't know where it is.
4) I mean, Points for help? I'm really worried about my internets and printing abilities.

It's called Bit Defender, and can be downloaded here. Once your computer is virus-free, it might clean up any other problems you are having. Now, about the wireless modem. I would search on google for the driver for your router, whatever it may be. That's how I've always done it, and it works rather well. You'll need to do this on the desktop, once it's virus' are all gone. I can't download anything on the desktop. When it goes to "save file" it won't browse my hard drive so I can save it Oh, wow. I'd say they've got your system. So, I'd suggest gettin a portable hard drive, take anything important off of it, find your windows installation disk, and re-install. It's doomed otherwise. So if I don't have the disc, there's nothing I can do? 'cause we've have the computer for 4 years, and I haven't seen it since then I'm not going to say yes, because there's always something else. Might be a way to restore your computer to it's first settings from a long time ago. First thing, is backup all the data onto a disk, then expiriment. TuneUp Backup Start option might do it, depending when you did one before.

What is this tuneup backup start option?
