So you have a lemon pretty much. This was my first time dealing with them and it was a great experience. If its hardware wont they send you a box and you ship it back to them to fix? Mine has 3 years warranty.
They refuse to replace the tablet, even though it's fucking falling apart. They want me to pay for the service to get it done locally, after I spent god knows how much on the extended warranty. It's fucking stupid. I'll never buy from them again. FP |

You can't go wrong, first time calling in, they got my information, problem and solution all in 5 minutes. My sister has a Sony Vaio laptop and I l spent an hour arguing with "Mr.Lastname, we need you to fax in your receipt to verify that this is your laptop" I PURCHASED THIS LAPTOP A YEAR AGO WHAT FUCKEN RECEIPT?!" Guy could barely speak english. |
