What kind of photoshop do you have on your computer?

I want to get a new photoshop, any advice on a particular one? I'm looking for something that has the most gadgets (if you can call it that)...

I have picasa at the moment, and i find it useless from the effects given to photo's point of view.

adobe cs3
unless you're some big business, you don't need every single option available

Is CS$ a better version to get though?

cs4 is not really intended for at home use, nor is cs3
obviously they can be used at home, but think of them as industrial strength versions

everything you want to do, can be done in cs2/3, minus a few shortcuts and other added easy buttons and effects
