The new Windows Vista has that sidebar on the desktop that shows you the time, weather, a slide show of pictures, new updates, etc.  Well I somehow managed to take it off and I want to put it back on, but I don't know how....

Thats annoying, why would you want it?

Because its not annoying, and widgets are handy.

There should be a side bar notification in the task bar. Just Right click and select bring gadgets to front.
