I am good with computers and have wireshark and can work around the command prompt. I just need some tips on how to access his computer through our wireless network and turn the volume down on his computer, or just delete all his music! Any suggestions are appreciated

It's a band-aid solution because once he finds the switch he'll switch it back on and then play the music again. I'm a student so i move out in a few months. You grab a large heavy object.  You take the object to the computer.  You set it down beside the computer and go get more rocks.  Completely block your friend from his computer after piling tons of stuff around it.  Make sure its off before you block it.
