Replies Zuku Posted at 8:56 pm on Sep. 1, 2008 1.Get overall torque specs for the front end from a mechanic or a reliable source. A mechanic's basic tool set. Also will probably need a CV puller/hammer. (rent one from Autozone) 2. Lift the car 3. Remove the wheels 4. Remove the castle nut and cotter pin from the axle 5. Remove the outer lower ctrl arm bolts and slide out the knuckle from the arm. 6. Slide Axle from knuckle (at this point it is optional and recommended to also replace the wheel bearings.) 7. Use the puller to remove the axle from the differential. and install the new. 8. Now put it back together and get to the otherside and do the same.
