Im so tired of always being angry. It ruins me. I dont like it when people are afraid of me cause they think im about to go physco on them. I hurt people physically and emotionally. I have lost so much friends and relationships because of my anger. When I try talking to my parents about it, they say im exaggerating and nothings wrong with me. I scream in my pillow, i punch punching bags, nothing works. Im like a little fireball. My patience is short. In one of my classes i threw my desk at the teacher because he gave me a C. He gave me an A in his class if i promise not to yell at him anymore. Its like a virus. Just spreading and slowly destroying me. I need help and I know it. But my parents say everythings normal. Help? When i try telling them what i do, they get mad at me. I tried explaining but they are too stubborn
