Ok, I have GAD, which is Generalized Anxiety Disorder. The most basic way I can explain it is, lets just say you go "I think my boyfriend's cheating on me." but then you think about it for a second and you go "Nah, that's not true." And move on. People with GAD don't do that, they dwell on it and get extremely upset (throwing up, shaking uncontrollably, headaches, etc.) for somethings that's not even true. Anyways, right now I think I'm going into one of my episodes. I'm trying to reach my friend who said he really wanted to hang out today. I've called him multiple times, and he has still yet to answer. Maybe he's still asleep or his house phone is dead. I don't know, anyway I could reach him or at least stop having anxiety over it? Any help would be wonderful. (Yes, I know it's something small but I can't help it >_<)
