Sometimes, I have felt like crying out to the whole entire world how I felt at the time, but felt so trapped and as if I couldn't speak a single word. Knowing that I had someone to talk to helped me feel alot better. I've written my feelings down, but it isn't quite the same as saying it out loud, as having someone on the receiving end.
I'm sure you have a friend or a family member who would be more than willing to listen to you. If you don't think you do... well let me tell you, you do! You always do, you always have at least one person. I think all you really need to do is vent and rant and let it all out, and writing it on Livewire may be helpful but it isn't enough. Good luck.
