When I answer, I get a pre-recorded message, and same with if I don't answer - the same one is left as a voicemail. It goes: This is Ruben Schwartz. I have an important matter that needs to be discussed with you? Please press 1 to be connected with a representative. This is NOT a sales call. Again. I have an important matter that needs to be discussed with you. It's so annoying.. I looked him up on Google and apparently he's calling a ton of people trying to collect debt that they're not in. I'm glad I found out he was a scammer, and I blocked the number.
