Believe it or not it is in some sense. Iraqi inteligence officers more than likely provided arms and training to the Taliban and Al Queda. They werent the only ones. China and Iran did. Some elements of the Russian government and the Pakistani governement. Iraq DID have Chemical and biological weapons. Possibly nuclear. A task force labeled Task Force 22 Chased the SCUDS and the fueling trucks into Syria. Syria and Iran are both major players in the war. I honestly dont care if we cross there borders and kill there troops. We do it alot.
