For new members, mod discussions go like this. *Post about issue* *Viewpoint* *Different Viewpoint* *Rebuttal* *Accusation of personal attack* *Takes sides based on friendship* *1 week/6 pages later* *Mod who has been on hiatus gives input* *Mod leaves again* *Everyone waits for that mod to return* *2 weeks later/20 pages later* *David comes in and lays down rules*

Note first that the preceding statement doesn't necessarily apply to you, it is just the attitude is very prevalent amongst them specifically and they've made me sick of it. The goal of the site is to offer support. Despite it being the internet, people actually do come here looking for help that actually impacts their real life.
