It's void if a member has done something so severe, or has had so many chances, that they are not going to change, and thus they become a ban on sight. Though I had been using the site for about five months, giving my two cents and advice when I felt I should give it, I got banned for posting a shock site and allegedly posting porn (which didn't happen, I just messaged someone a funny vid hosted by redtube).
