So the question is, what country would be best suited for me?  I'm taking German classes, but I'm not sure that I'd like Germany or Switzerland or the like. I want to live in a country with a strong middle class, good education and health care systems, a strong reputation among other countries, and little political disagreement.  It would also be preferable if it had a proud, sophisticated culture with less emphasis on religion.  Does anything like that exist?

No thanks, it'll be far easier just to move. Trust me, I went through the exact motions before when I chose cyber school over public school.
