I like it when they are crispy and brown and salted. Sometimes people undercook them and they're tough and chewy. I don't get them undercooked, I get them black if anything. And it's even worse, imo. Salt burnt off them. You need the perfect crisp on them, and no crazy mexican spices like I've tried.
