So I was a vegetarian for a long time, and then I stopped. But I've never really liked meat, so I didn't eat it very often anyway. Maybe once or twice every two weeks.

So now that I'm veg again, I don't understand why I feel so ANEMIC. I've been getting these mad protein cravings. It's annoying.

Then thats why your always tired...and all.
You should bring up the level of iron in your blood with some iron tablets if you dont like meat.

Vegetarians in general have a higher risk of developing iron-deficiency anemia, because meat is a very iron-rich food, and vegetarians do not eat it.

I was mixing problems. I feel anemic AND I crave protein.

Well your body does need protein, so that would be why it craves it.

Because your body isn't getting enough of it, try to take vitamins or supplements.  That, or eat foods high in proteins such as beans.
