if you don't want to kill your right hand, try:

9-8-7h10p7-8-9

meaning, sweep the first three notes of the patterns with downstrokes, hammer onto the 10th fret with your 4th finger and then pull off back to the seventh, and then upstroke 8 and 9 (so the last two notes you sweep).

here's a paul gilbert lesson about sweep picking. this is fairly rare given that his focus is on string skipping and not sweeping, but he's a great teacher and explains technique well. i found this helpful.

start with the first 3 strings before moving onto wider arpeggios. try this for starters, playing on the G, B, and e strings all in that order:

------7-
----8---
--9-----

try sweeping that using all downstrokes, hitting each string cleanly

------7-7---
----8----8--
--9-------9-

here, use all downstrokes on the first three notes and all upstrokes on the last three. play the two patterns as triplets (or as one big grouping of six, whatever floats your boat)

i'll try to upload some tablature that makes more sense, hope this helps in the meantime

cool thanks I know one im trying is  14-13-12 on the G , B, E strings ( in that order ) its def hard

What's sweep picking?

its a guitar thing where the pick sweeps back and forth and you play lightning fast on the fretboard
