How things look with the violin is not how they are. Dude, how is this so hard to believe. Yes, its fucking hard, and most people would have one hell of a hard time without lessons. However, there are some brilliant musicians out there who just... manage somehow. Is that a rare thing to find? Yeah. Is it possible? Yeah. Anyway, you're fricking lucky. Violins are expensive. I would love to learn, but to have time/ pay for lessons (my aunt told me shed lend me her violin, so I wouldnt have to buy my own), is just not worth it at this point in my life. Bet you a squillion quid she has. Even informal, she has.   He... and he hasn't, hes not the type of person to lie, he taught himself and he's amazing, the only lessons he had were piano lessons.
