| avoid caffeine about 6 hours before you want to sleep, get up an hour earlier every day and eventually you'll be able to sleep earlier. |

It takes me a night to get back on track. The other day I had to recover from the weekend and only got 2 hours of sleep. But that night I was ready for bed on time. |

| avoid caffeine and lots of sugar within 5 hrs or so of going to bed. |

| You have to do it gradually, or skip a night of sleep. |
