omg i have exactly the same problem as you i do lots of exercise, ballet 3 times a week and eat quite little so i'm generally quite toned but i can't shift the bit of fat on my belly. sit ups only tone the top for me =( i heard that plank exercise works though |

| From what I've heard, the only way to get rid of that belly fat is to reduce all the fat in your body. There's no way to target one area like that. :/ |
