OK I got very little sleep last night. Now I'm extremely grouchy and irritable. I tried going to bed extra early (around 9PM) and it took me at least 2 hours to fall asleep because my dad was screaming at my younger siblings who were refusing to do their homework and listen to him. So disrespectful! And I woke up at least 4x last night between 11PM and 6AM, when I get up for school. When I woke up, I felt disgusting because I got my period this morning   and also felt irritable. I hate my period, it makes me feel gross. So I refused to get out of bed when my mom asked me to, I screamed repeatedly and moved slowly this morning. I didn't even get to sit down and eat anything for breakfast! It was my brother's fault I got no sleep and did poorly at school today! Without any breakfast, it's nearly impossible for me to concentrate. Man, I'm pissed at my mom and my brother! Then, at school I felt like crying in class and having a huge bipolar episode. I didn't care that the other kids were watching. Does anyone have advice on what to do about the sleep situation? Almost every night, my brother keeps me awake and I cannot take it anymore!
