If there was one thing that was extremely remarkable about the human body, what would it be?

the whole damn thing

how did we evolve to work literally like a machine, with levers and pulleys and ball joints...

We designed machines with concepts from our own bodies...

Sapience is easily the most significant feature of the human body. So... our central nervous system.

The mindset.  The fact that we are intelligent enough to not only change what we do, but manipulate our surroundings in order to further our advancement.  Let me see a raccoon build a storm shelter, build a vehicle for long distance travel.  So what, we walk on 2 feet, whoopee fucking do.  Opposable thumbs, over-rated.  Space travel, creature comforts, complete and utter dominance over every species in the world, pwn.
