I just took my yorkie to the vet and my vet called him a midget because he weighs in 2 lbs 8 oz at 6 months old  

 
Poor little guy


he eats enough to be 100 lbs

Yeah, the tiny ones can have more health problems.  he could grow a bit more, but its doubtful. You don't want him weighing more than what his small frame can hold.

I just worry about future health problems. I mean he's adorable and pocket size but the tiny ones tend to get sick easily.
