He does this several times a day sometimes, and just one time a day another. Sometimes he meows, sometimes he doesn't. But he keeps it in his mouth the whole time and just sits there or stands on it and humps it. Is that normal for him to be that horny when he's fixed?

Maybe just give the cat time, and the weird humping will pass?
