I'm a die hard fan of the book series, but I think the movie is going to SUCK. Whats your opinion?

Replies swinggurl Posted at 3:04 pm on June 3, 2008 as of right now i'm really not very thrilled with the movie... i mean... i'll see it of course, just so that i can say for sure... but i really think they could have done better... it looks like the million of mistakes they made in the casting was only the start... not happy. It was also like the Nativity story's setting, which worked for that film since it was set long ago, but not for twilight The acting was good but the script is terrible! I just hope I'm wrong in the end! They should of made this a tv movie and then brought it out to dvd. I'm almost afraid to see the movie, because I'm afraid that it will somehow ruin the books for me. xBlondeVixxenx Posted at 5:14 pm on June 1, 2008 Well Truth be told there are some movies out there that are AMAZING and their previews REALLY sucked ass. I'm going to give the movie an honest shot; as well as the actors playing the characters. If you think about it; Edward may not be Hott enough but everybody world wide has their own vision of Edward and who they would want to play him; so there isn't really any universal concept there. We can't judge a movie just because of it's preview. Yes it may look like it sucks; but you never know We could be surprised by the movie; or we can be disappointed it could go either way. But the movie shouldn't ruin the book series for us regardless.
