Some American cities (most famous is Detroit) have proven this too. According to the 2000 US census, 88% of Detroit's population is non-White. Detroit qualifies as the most ruined city in the USA. If ANYONE has another city that is worse, please tell me.

I think it's pretty founded to say that the white/caucasian race is, historically, responsible for the most destruction on this planet. Also, when it comes to waste and sustainability, whites are the most gluttonous per capita. For that reason, if faced with the choice, I'd eliminate all white people. That was not a racist comment. I'm 50% white, and made that decision purely based on logic with no personal bias.

No doubt, though, Caucasians have contributed more to our lifestyle than any other race (and probably all other races COMBINED).
I'd be more apt to say that whites, or rather European civilization in particular, has brought about more global change than any single entity prior to it ever has. With change comes the introduction to the new and the destruction of the old. You can be sure that the hunter gatherers of yore begrudgingly settled down to agricultural communities as soon as the climates they and their ancestors had lived on for generations began drying up, or were overran by conquerers of an agricultural society where, in turn, the successful were the ones who assimilated. Out with the old, in with the new.
Obviously, change isn't always for the better (at least for the individual; for the whole, it usually is; moreover, what is "good" and "bad" here all depends on the eye of the beholder) and being forced to conform to a new way of life is met with resent by many. The Europeans, however, are a product of anybody in their position, with the same resources, wealth, outward look to the rest of the world, etc. No other race would do any different provided they had all that, and even if the things the Europeans had done were to hypothetically not happen, such change and resent is only inevitable as global society progresses. To say that whites deserve to be eradicated over any other race is, to put it bluntly, racist in and of itself for it assumes that there is a negative characteristic inherent in those of European descent to bring about chaos and destruction in the world that no other race can / would. The same really goes for wanting to eradicate the world of any other race for something one might believe is inherent in their characteristics.
To be quite honest, I'd make my decision via the roll of a dice like it were a game of craps. While the deaths of many is a sad thing, I see no reason to value a particular race over another.
