| Some of the answers here shock me, do actually people find this racism? Microsoft comes from the USA, lets face it. English is the international language, so many brainwashed leftists on this page. |

| So a Filipino customer cannot ask a question in Tagalog from the help center located in the Philippines? That's pretty stupid. Can French ppl ask questions in French to Microsoft's help line locatd in France? I'm pretty sure they can. Anyway English is like a second language in the Philippines. Many ppl are bilingual in it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philippine_English |

Is that true everywhere, or just the usa?
I know that their help lines in the Philippine Islands are told not to speak Tagalong.
Are you saying if you call their call centers abroad from the USA they don't allow you to speak the native language of the call centre? If that is what you are saying (I don't really see where you are going with this) then it's probably a work discipline thing, they think if they let people speak their own language it will break down work discipline. |

They only allow their employes to speak English on their help lines. How do you get any more racist than this?
I'm sure they have a helpline for Mexico. If people are in america and can't speak english, they dont get any sympathy from me. |
