I have no idea what the sign said but he was talking on a freaking cell phone. How the hell does he keep a cell phone ?

There was a photo that surfaced of Michelle Obama serving food to the homeless, and one was talking on a cell phone, which caused some controversy. The owner of the place told reporters that sometimes they'll come into enough money to buy a prepaid phone.
