Like when I got back from the beach after being in the sun that part is kinda blotchy in a lighter lighter color and the rest of my skin is tan and even....its really annoying and it makes me self conscience - its kinda dry at times but i put lotion on it to help that. My doctor and dermatologist said a year ago that the pigmentation should come back but whenever it did i would scratch is off...i know its eczema and my doctor currently said not to worry about it but the color wont come back   and its embarrassing...
