Just Waiting Here Posted at 10:17 pm on May 4, 2012 Some parents just don't know what to say... other parents want you to love them back, and they think letting you get away with things is one way they can get it.  And well, some parents, just don't care, sadly.  I'm not sure which one your mother falls under, but I wouldn't count this situation as a sign that she doesn't care for you at all.  For all you know, she's crying over it every night.
