I know exactly how you feel. I'm a recovering anorexic, and even sometimes..though I am thin..I look and find something I don't like. Wow my knees look big today... My thighs jiggle way too much... You pinch that triffle amount of fat on your stomach or back..wishing it would just vanish. Remember that the fat on your body now is what you need to stay alive. You're beautiful love, and don't you forget it. Everyone has those days, but I know what it feels like to have a few too many. Stick in there, and enjoy life. Don't focus on your body too much, focus on something you're passionate about. It will get better. |

5'6" 120 is healthy (your bmi's 19.4) i don't think you should care as much about the number as the way you look in the mirror... I'm 16, 4'11", 93-ish pounds I've always been on the skinny side, throughout my life. Then the summer before 8th grade, I gained 5 pounds and was 85. I thought I was so fat and started restricting and overexercising. I dropped down to 78 (my bmi was 15.7), and I was really unhealthy. Ever since then it's been an on-off thing with my eating disorder. This summer, I want to get back down to 85, and then I wanna go from there. |

| I lost weight and I actually had worse body image after. Maybe it's because you get more and more obsessed about it. |

| your fine BMI wise, if your extremely concerned go to the gym or dr.'s and get your body fat percentage tested. butits unnecessary, your in the clear |
