This is really a question for people who are currently suffering from an eating. (for recovered anas/mias, see bottom of topic)
I am a prolific bulimic. I can binge and purge with ease as ive been doing it for 5 years now. The thing is that i believe my eating disorder is habitual as i don't want to have an eating disorder yet im still carrying out these dangerous acts. (i now actually see myself as being to thin)
The main issue is that i can't find any help in the UK. I've tried cognitive behavioural therapy which did not work (twice), ive tried anti depressants and nearly died from an allergic reaction.

My question to members on this site is: what is your goal? do you want to carry on losing weight or are you no longer thinking of losing weight but can't find the help.

For any recovered anorexics or bulimics: did you undergo cognitive behavioural therapy? did it work for you? did you relapse?

im trying to gain, i really want to gain weight but can't seem to find an affective means of help.

I keep doing that thing where i tell myself. Have one more last day of binging and purging and i'll stop tomorrow, but tomorrow comes and i say the same again lol its not good

I know this is crazy but:
Stop doing it.

It's not as easy as that.
