i seem to feel really vulnerable everywhere i go unless my skin is really tight. like thats why i don't like have any amount of chubbiness. i'll go where people can't find me and do pushups or situps until my skin feels less saggy and weird. how do you combat this, especially when your sick and can't work out?

doctor, nutritionist, u have to be educated about how beautiful and complex ur body is most of all unique and that way u'll know MUCH better how to deal w/t it and not take such dangerous risks w/t it..if u wanna talk pm me
