If you have anorexia, is it normal to all of a sudden binge out on a food. did and I have an ed and I feel so bad!!! There isn't a word to describe how bad I feel right now. If my parents weren't here I would go purge, but I can't because there here and I know there all over me everytime I go to the bathroom now. (They know about my eating disorder). Yea I feel bad at the moment.

Yeah...its totally 'normal'. But think about how much your parents care about you. You should get the help you need before its too late.
