| Try to get your food intake balanced. Eat breakfast each day if nothing else. Don't eat nothing one day and stuff your face the next - not good for your body [it'll get confused]. |

you don't have an eating disorder. I'm like that too. I try to regulate myself. but you're fine as long as you don't not eat for a long time or gorge yourself for a while |
