Your face looks darker than the background which throw me off because I end on focusing on the light and shadow in the snow. Aside from the actually photo quality, to make it look nicer I would put on a sweater or a dresser shirt. It looks like you are just wearing a T-shirt and so it conflicts with the snowy background.
