Anyone heard of him? His 'Black Paintings' interest me. Very dark images he painted right onto the walls of his house. At the time he was supposedly quite depressed, deaf, and kind of losing it. As I would imagine you'd have to be, to go around drawing pictures like these on your walls..

I love Latin American/Spanish art. De Goya's work is amazing. Dark, intriguing, wonderful.

omg I wanna go! I can't imagine what his house must've looked like. Before his Black Paintings were transferred to canvas. I can't imagine he had many guests over in those days..
