so for my textiles project im trying to figure out how to add elastic to my garment near the sides and shoulder as shown on this (poor qualtiy) photo in my image basket, because i couldn't find a shirt that matched my description. Does anyone know or have a website that shows how to add the elastic to a shirt to create a crimped effect.
