Is it possible to go to Mexico or somewhere, with people who aren't yet 18 (meaning all mostly 17), except two or three people that are 18-19? Like without parents permission (a.k.a. tell them you're going with your friends parents or something). What do you need to do, like get a passport or something?

If you're in the US, then all you really need is a passport. They don't care about minors that much.

You need parents premission but if they are 17 and go with adults it should be fine. Atleast according to the laws over here... but yes parents premission needed if you're not legal and the minors are also requiered to travell with adults.. or have an adult meeting up with them in the airport or something
