Is it possible??? I need to go to Holland but I have lost my passport. What can i do?? What other forms of id are acceptable?

We don't have open borders, so a passport is definately needed, I don't know what situation you were in to get through. MaryLin Posted at 12:15 pm on Dec. 12, 2008 I don't know what it's like for British citizens but the last time I went abroad (june this year) I had both my ID and new biometric passport with me, they didn't ask for any and just let us through. It's Schengen, you know? They most likely won't ask for your ID or passport but DO NOT go to a foreign country without ANY identification. Always carry an approved ID with you.
