Now, before you start asking questions about how old I am or how long I have been with my boyfriend, just know that I am old enough, and we've been together LONG.

I want to lose 25 lbs. before I get pregnant, to ensure an healthy pregnancy.

Easiest way? I'd like to hear your opinions on which diets/exercises work best, and if theres a diet pill, or something similar that works.

Honestly, your best bet isn't diets. Diets are fads that work so long as you stay on the diet.

There's no secret to weight loss. It's exercise, regularly, and eating healthy. Not crash dieting and starving your body of this or that for a while or popping a pill. :-)

You need to start exercising. If you want to join a gym, go ahead but that's no the only way. You can start walking or running or swimming at a public pool.

And eat better overall. Less carbs and junk food, eliminate pop and watch the juice.

you want to loose 25 lbs to ensure a healthy pregnancy...?

something about that sentence doesn't sound right...

Having a baby while you're overweight isn't healthy. I need to lose 25 lbs. to be at my correct weight.

Don't take diet pills. They're evil.

Eat well, and exercise. That's the way to do it.
