Do you have a child now, after having a scare. By scare, I mean you were not pregnant, but thought you were. I have had two.  Protection was used both times.  The condom broke once.  I didn't take EC.  I have no children.

Replies Glow Worm Posted at 7:33 pm on Nov. 13, 2008 Twice when we didn't use any protection, and then once after I had just started birth control and we didn't use a condom and I was just a little nervous about the whole process. The first time was after not using any protection for several months, and I had morning sickness-like symptoms. I was due for my period, so I took a test and it came up negative. I got my period the next day, and started taking the pill. The second time was right around a time when I was getting sick, and not taking my pill on time everyday. At the end of the month my period was much lighter than usual. I never took a pregnancy test, but I figured that since I was in the hospital, they'd be checking for that through all the frequent blood and urine tests I was getting. I have no children. I was backpacking in a hot country and the storage of condoms was really not ideal. Plan B has saved me many a time. I have always tried to be as protected as possible, so when a condom breaks and I'm not on birth control or I miss a pill and have sex I take ECP.  (luckily this doesn't happen often) IntrinsicSeduction Posted at 5:27 pm on Nov. 12, 2008 uuuhm really ive had 2 or 3...and it was because we didnt use protection... i didnt turn out to be pregnant... which is good haha... so yeah i have no children right now. Then I got pregnant a few months after going on the pill. And once when my daughter was 3 months old. I believe I miscarried. I was on the pill, but my doctor told me it would be effective after a week, but it took a full month to work. Had one in June after I was raped though, thank Jeeeeesus I wasn't pregnant. No protection was used, as far as I can recall, but I didn't take emergency contraception or anything.
